Red Robin West Babylon

Everything went well. the one suggestion I would like to make would be that the personal is all up to date on the use of open table app. the two young ladies at the reception desk were not sure whether we were using them or if we had checked for the recording of points. When we arrived, they sat us immediately. very nice experience.

I had a fantastic burger at this restaurant! I really appreciate the diversity of their menu. It gets quite crowded after 6 PM, but I'm thrilled that they now accept reservations through OpenTable. It's a great family-friendly spot. One suggestion for improvement: the chocolate milkshakes for my son are made with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup instead of actual chocolate ice cream. For a true burger place like Red Robin, they should definitely offer real chocolate milkshakes.

We visited the restaurant for a special occasion, and it wasn't crowded at all. We were seated at the table I requested through OpenTable, which was nice. However, the service was unfortunately very disappointing. On a positive note, the food was good, and I highly recommend trying the garlic parmesan fries.

The food is excellent and offers great value for the price. The burger is fantastic! It can get a bit noisy, so just enjoy your drinks and it won’t be an issue.
