Stopped in on our way home from Mom and Dad's. This is a location we like to stop at. Looks can be deceiving so don't let it keep you from stopping in. Food is always hot, fresh and cooked to perfection. Employees were friendly, we've never had any issues, but there was no above and beyond service this visit. They were really busy and you could tell they were barely keeping up. We took our meal to go, so we wouldn't lose time on the road (heading south). Wife and I both had the traditional two piece chicken meal combos. They keep it simple. It's all mixed. I wanted all white meat and the wife wanted all dark. Well they only had one of the pieces I wanted so I had to settle for one dark and one white. Wife got what she wanted. I took what they had caused they were low on cooked chicken anyway and didn't want to wait. Meal came with a side and drink. Wife had fries and I had Mac and cheese. Everything was delicious. Golden Brown and mouth burning hot. Sorry I didn't get pics this round, chowed down on the road and we forgot. We will get some next time. But this is not a bad stop. Definitely be back when close by

I recently ordered takeout dinner from this restaurant. The price per person was between $20-30. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the fried chicken.

The service at this restaurant is fantastic. The cooked-to-order livers with mashed potatoes and jalapeños are delicious. And the sweet tea is perfect mmm!
