Bamboo Bar Grill - West

Our reservation was canceled and we were transferred to a different restaurant on the premises. The menu options were limited and the service was slow. Despite this, the atmosphere and ocean views were outstanding.

The experience at the restaurant was disappointing. We arrived and the hostess found our reservation, but then a couple she knew arrived and was seated before us, even though we were there first. The man in the couple saw that I was upset and mentioned to the hostess that we were there first. She eventually seated both couples at the same time, with us getting a table in the middle of the restaurant and the other couple getting a table with a seafront view. The BBQ food was average and the desserts were not good. The prices at Bamboo were high and not justified by the quality of the food. The Sunset Bar, on the other hand, was a nice place for a drink with stunning views.

Pizza was half crust. Ridiculously priced even for a four seasons. Salt at the hotel is the same price and a much more worthwhile experience.

Nice view. Over priced food. Limited selection. Ordered a beer. Waited and waited. Then got up and got it myself at the bar.

We dined at a restaurant located at the Four Seasons on a Friday night. We were surprised to find that there were only 2 other tables dining, and by 9pm, we were the only table left. The food was decent, but the service was terrible. It seemed like the staff may have been newly trained, as it took 80-90 minutes to get our food after we ordered. The waiter informed us that the kitchen does not take orders after 9pm, so there was no late dining crowd. The price of the Four Seasons rooms, which go for $1000+ a night, did not match up with the quality of the restaurant. Despite the disappointing dining experience, the restaurant had a nice setting. The bar, with entertainment, was bustling and our night ended on a high note. Overall, we had eaten at many good restaurants throughout the week, but the bill was high and we were ultimately disappointed. We would not choose to dine at this restaurant again.
