Papa John's Pizza - Wesley Chapel

Previous experience as another reviewer with a plain cheese pizza no toppings being delivered even though I clicked on an advertised image with pepperoni on the pizza with stuffed pepperoni crust. My confirmation email even confirms I PAID FOR THESPECIALITY PIZZA NOT A FREAKING PLAIN CHEESE PIZZA!!!! I called the store to inform but they place the blame on me when clearlyI had every right to assume I didn't have to select toppings when I was being charged for a pepperoni pizza with pepperonistuffed crust, what sense does that make? This looks like deceitful advertisement and bad management as the manager would notget on the phone and would not refund my order !!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AT ANY PAPA JOHN'S EVER AGAIN SMFH

They no longer deliver to my community which is fine, I was still determined to have papa johns for dinner but after this pickup I?m not so sure. How is ok to serve burnt food? Unacceptable!

I made a complaint about the bill for ray6,,,But i did not know 50% was on just the pizza and not the entire Bill, So all is Good.Please Disreguard My Error on the complaint...Thank ypu.

I am disappointed that when I got my pizza the garlic sauce was open and spilled all over the box. My pocketbook will be happier now that I will never order from Papa Johns again from this location.

Notice the lack of response from the owners in the last year for bad reviews? Best of luck if you order from here. Ordered a specialty online with an extra topping but only got the extra toping? It took an hour to get them to replace the order, I endedup taking a store credit instead. Used the credit today and ordered an extra pie. Both came completely burnt. The specialtypizza once again missing all other toppings. Girl on the phone simply said all pizzas come out well done now, and if I didn'tlike it to order from another store.. refused to refund the order. The manager wouldn't get on the phone. Awesome experience.
