Mcdonald's - Wesley Chapel

I had a bit of a misunderstanding with the girl who took my order, but she was fantastic and extremely polite. I explained to her that my English wasn't the best and that I just needed to pay the difference to get my full meal. However, the guy who was supposedly in charge was really awkward with me and made me feel like I was causing a scene because he wanted me to go through the whole line again at 11:30 on July 20 at the drive-thru. In the end, he gave me the fries I wanted without having to pay for them. Overall, the girl taking my order was great and super polite, but the girl managing the dispatch was terrible, and even worse was the high schooler who was in charge.

Be cautious; my child ended up eating a raw burger. There are too many teenagers and not enough supervision.

I was in a hurry and just wanted a quick breakfast. I ordered a burger and a smoothie but ended up waiting a long time. My order wasn't even showing up on the screen. I had to ask at the counter, and they finally gave me the burger. I finished my burger and continued to wait for the smoothie. After asking again and waiting another 10 minutes, I finally received my smoothie.

We often eat in this mcdonald’s, and we think it is one of the best and most reliable restaurants in the opposite. the service is consistently friendly and helpful, the restaurant is always immaculate, and the kitchen is consistently wonderful and fresh. I suggest that mcdonald’s go as fast as eat!

The restaurant was filthy! every. single table was dirty, with müll straight on the table, they had no ketchup we were waiting for a show. there were no serviettes, no straws, the drinking station looked like a bomb hit them. we saw a hired one who was only with a name sign on a young lady named emily. she went and took everything down, took away the catastrophe of a drink station, wiped all the closets and slept all the opposite. then she cleaned the rest of the escaping area. When we were gone, I saw her emily, you did a great job. she has a huge smile on her face thanked me. I am really disappointed by this mcdonald 's. I will not go back to this place!!!
