Little Caesars Pizza - Wesley Chapel

I was denied my order because I requested it cooked. They didn't provide any explanation, and I've never encountered this issue at any Little Caesars in years. Additionally, my last order was missing cheese and was overcooked. The crust was extremely hard.

I will always have a fondness for Little Caesars. Their pizzas are piping hot and expertly made. The cheese-filled fresh bread is absolutely delicious. The shopping area is lovely, and it's wonderful to be able to walk in and get a pizza right away without having to place an order in advance! Overall, this is a fantastic place.

The woman arrived only to discover that instead of pizza, she had received bread with peppermint. They claim to be the "cheesiest" on TV, but they don't even put enough cheese to cover half the slices. This is in Wesley Chapel, and you would expect better quality from a place in such a decent location. Unfortunately, it seems that the management does not prioritize supervision, and the employees appear to be just there to collect their paychecks.

What a fraud. Please check your pizza before you leave the store. I was charged for an extra most pepper chocolate, but came home to this garbage.

Very rude and I'm sorry to say disgusting experience. Stopped quickly to grab a few hot an ready pizzas after my son's guitar lesson as he requested pizza. My son has leukemia and must remain isolated, so left him in car. The notion of quickly in and out was reason I stopped. Anyway, after ordering and paying, was told 10 plu minutes wait. Told cashier Mt issue and asked what I could grab and go. He had to call manager foe refund and she was rude, despite me apologize constantly. In the end was provided old and dry pizza that was inedible. When contacted corporate, their response was simply we will address. Sorry Little Caesar my son's cancer is an inconvenience for you.
