It also took an eternity for our food to arrive. We were trying to be patient since it was a holiday and we wanted to relax on our day off. However, after waiting 40 minutes, our patience was wearing thin, especially when we noticed a woman from the bar coming outside multiple times with her beer and cigarette. To make matters worse, a man who appeared to be a manager (wearing a black polo with the Glory Days logo) arrived for work, sat down, and engaged in a loud conversation with this woman, casually putting his shoes on a table and dropping the F-bomb throughout their chat. We aren't prudes, but a little decorum would go a long way. Shoes do not belong on a dining table, and it's disrespectful to use such language in front of customers. As for the food, my chicken sandwich was burnt to the point of being inedible, and my husband found his wings to be disgusting. I will never return! The food, service, and management are the worst in town. Save your money and go somewhere else for lunch. UPDATE: I sent an email to the manager as requested, but he did not respond. His lack of response seemed more about maintaining a public facade of caring for customer service than actually addressing the issue. It feels like he was the one on the patio with his shoes on the table, showing no regard for how customers are treated.

The Big Kahuna sandwich had pieces that were too large and needed to be removed and chopped up. However, the chicken and waffles were excellent!

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The hostess didn't acknowledge us upon arrival. After waiting for about four minutes, she finally led us to a table that was in disarray, with ketchup spilled on the floor. When I mentioned the mess to the hostess, she dismissed my concern and didn't even offer an apology or suggest moving us to another table. Feeling unwelcome, we chose to leave and dine somewhere else. I doubt they will miss us, but we certainly won't be returning.

I just had food delivered from Glory Days. The food is fine but they packed my ice cream dessert on top of my HOT entree so it was a melted mess. Please pay more attention. The dessert should have been packed separately

The meatloaf mashed potatoes were really good but the baked beans are great, manager stopped by talked to us, very nice atmosphere as well! Everyone was satisfied with their food choices!!! We went for
