Buttermilk Provisions - Wesley Chapel

I visited this café for the first time while in town from Ohio for my grandmother's funeral. I simply wanted to grab some coffee for my mother and myself. Unfortunately, they messed up our order. When my mom asked for a correction, the young lady making the coffee was quite rude. When I requested a refund, the staff member suggested that we had made the mistake and claimed we had picked up the wrong order when our name was called. She did offer to remake the coffee, but I had already waited over 40 minutes. I’m really disappointed, especially since I left a tip and spent $45 on two awful coffees. I typically don’t write reviews, but the rudeness directed at my mother, who was only trying to get a simple fix, left a bad impression. I will not be returning, and they could benefit from improving their customer service skills.

The Pumpkin Chai was alright, but waiting over five minutes while 20 college students chat behind the disorganized counter is absurd! Save your time and look elsewhere!

The ambiance is delightful, and it's an excellent spot to catch up with friends, whether you prefer a cold brew or a hot macchiato.

The horchata cold brew was just right. The barista was friendly, and we didn't have to wait too long for our drinks. The decor is tasteful and the ambiance is pretty calm. It's a good place to sit and talk with friends.

Super cute coffee shop located in the Krates. The ambience of this place is on point, the decor, music and staff are so pleasant you definitely want to sit and stay awhile. They also have a really adorable logo and merch that was super hard to pass up. They have a large food menu, with some gluten free offerings, including chia seed pudding quiche. I had a dinner planned when we stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, so I didn't try any of the goodies. BUT i definitely plan to go back and will update my review! My husband got the Cortado with oat milk I got an americano, both were good, smooth and not bitter. For alternative milks they have oat almond. I really enjoyed the location and vibe of this shop and definitely want to go back give their cold brew a try! Highly recommend for an afternoon date or hangout!
