Carrabba's Italian Grill

Where to start?we ordered curbside that was supposed to be ready at 6:48 PM, and we did not receive our food until 7:06 PM. That?s a lot of time waiting and wasting gas. On top of this, my fiancé ordered a rare steak and upon coming home and openingup the order, we found a steak ALREADY CUT IN HALF and absolutely grossly over cooked. Our order included extra dressing forboth house salads, both of which did not have extra dressing, to top it off. I?m immensely disappointed with this location asusually Carrabbas is always on the mark.

Normally don?t leave reviews but it was my parents? 42nd anniversary tonight and everything was fantastic. Our server, Tony, was amazing and attentive to our needs while Miguel was kind enough to drop by our table to congratulate them. We?ve always lovedCarrabba?s and we?re happy they?re closer to our neighborhood now. Will be frequenting often. ??

Took awhile to get acknowledged by our waitress. Seemed nice at first by as our food arrived from others and wasn 't correct, she began to get annoyed and showed that. My wife has a severe gluten allergy which we don 't make a big fuss about but do let ourserver or bartender know. We ordered the tomato burrata which was the best option for my wife I. Which was okay, the tomatoeswere old and wrinkly but whatever. My wife ordered a gluten free pasta with marinara sauce which turned out to not be glutenfree, towards the end of our experience my wife began to have severe cramping because of gluten. We requested the manager andgot Mady who seemed to care less and believed that my wife was not allergic to gluten. Arguing saying that she cannot be havinga reaction to our gluten free pasta, as it doesn 't have gluten in it. She continued to argue this point with us and didn 't evenbelieve my wife has a gluten allergy, as she has only heard of gluten intolerance, not an allergy. Keep in mind, my wife and Iwere not looking for anything for free or discounted but a simple acknowledgment and the truth would 've been nice. Regardless,we will not be back here and would much rather take our business else where. Bad service and bad managers.

We really enjoyed dinner here! Our waiter Justin was great, you could tell they had been open only a few days as he had to check a few things but he was straight back with an answer, (nothing better than seeing that the staff can ask when they don?t have anautomatic answer! I was extremely happy as I found a diet friendly option I was so impressed with everything that weordered,

Best freaking gluten free pasta I?ve had in my entire life. Service was outstanding, a bit of a wait because they were busy but it was so worth it. I ordered a salmon dish with a side of gluten free pasta and lemon butter and my goodness I was blown away.I will be coming back very soon.
