Matthew, the general manager, was so involved and constantly helping out his employees along with being very hospitable towards every single guest! Throughly impressed with his attentiveness. Thank you so much, Matthew!! Will definitely be returning to this location!

So I came to eat here at KUMORI in weslaco TX I asked the waitress if I could plz change my order it literally took two min to tell her. The waitress says ok no problem but then manager comes and says you can’t change it since it was already made. I said ok but if was made well then why don’t I have my roll that I was trying to change. I saw that roll waiting on the counter and never brought to me, it took 10 plus minutes just waiting there and the rest of my food came and somehow that roll was the last roll that came to my table but how if it was the first dish to be made. So I didn’t want the roll since it’s been just sitting there awhile. So I brought it to the managers attention again and I said I don’t want it I tried changing it and he ended up being really rude saying it doesn’t take 11 min to change an order but it didn’t take us 11 min to change it. It literally took 2 min to call my waitress and then says ok I’ll take it off. Like he really didn’t need to act in that manner. I mean nobody wants their food to just sit for a while. The manger was unprofessional but my waitress was respectful and polite so she wasn’t the problem it was the manager. The manager name is Albert I have no idea why I love Kumoris so much because it just seems like every Kumoris in the valley is the same, just simply RUDE. They should just make a roll like that and name it…. RUDE ROLL
Amazing food and very well- attentive staff. The manager is also very hands on and helps all the wait staff all throughout. Lastly, I left my purse and their manager, Matthew, secured it for me. Thank you Matthew for being honest and kind.
