Happiness Cupcakes - Weslaco

I am amazed by the desserts at this restaurant. They live up to their name. I apologize for not having a before picture because the dessert was too delicious for me to resist.

I have to say, way to go! The keyword here is happiness. I absolutely adore this place, thanks to my coworker who introduced me to it. I had no idea it existed before. The friendly staff and delicious pastries definitely deserve a perfect score of 5. Keep up the excellent work. I will definitely be returning.

This is cake shop is a MUST! Note only is everything they make super delicious, the prices are very reasonable. If you like lemon bars, you have to try these! My wife's favorite cupcakes are the lemon blueberry cupcakes, usually available in the spring. Service is great here, paying is easy with receipts email-able or hardcopy.

Cute shop, fair prices and ample selection of desserts. The desserts were tasty ,even the keto ones, however customer service was NOT good. The clerk was there laughing with a friend but when I came in she looked bothered to attend me…so dismissive of customers.

I absolutely love this place. I am so so so lucky to be within walking distance of this local gem. The assortment is perfect. They have Giant cupcakes regular sized cupcakes, pecan pies, lindzer cookies, ice cream, mini pies (the coconut creme, key lime and banana creme are my favorites. And I'm not a huge cheesecake fan but i must say Happiness Bakery has even swayed me on that indulgence. They even have an assortment of KETO baked goods. So there is something for everyone. Just tried the caramel apple cupcakes and they are now my new favorite. I ate them before I could get a Picture.
