We were from 12.2.-15.2.18 in this hotel and were 1a satisfied with everything. the staff is very nice and helpful, the rooms are clean and suitable for the style of the hotel. the breakfast buffet was very delicious and filled enough. the first time we had to get used to this service, came to us and gave us coffee. super sweet and friendly. on valentinstag I had booked a massage. the service is really great and the treatment was a dream. I was completely satisfied. the wellness area was clean and was never really occupied. they can relax in the evening after a beautiful snow walk in the sauna and the whirlpool. the heated stone beds were always free and we could also enjoy them. only manko (which personally did not harass us): to lie in the quiet opposite with the whirlpool, they must go through the sauna area. the whirlpool area is only attracted to enter, but some people who came out of the sauna have unfortunately not stopped. as I said, it didn't disturb us, but the humans would have problems with unclothed people. all in all it was for us 4 very nice days in the resin. the super service from the hotel went further than my man found at home, which he had forgotten his mp3 player in the hotel bathroom jacket. Of course we called and asked. after two days we were called back and shared with him that he was found and sent to us. the mp3 player came today with a beautiful letter and a few sweets. so small designs makes a great hotel. we are very happy to come again hopefully soon! love gruß, julia and patriotic müller!

I really liked it in the hotel. I was here for the first time when I was here with my parents. I liked it here very well, as it is very cozy in the beautiful city and here also the beautiful hiking trails were very popular. adds the delicious food and the many relaxation options offered to me here.

In the frame of my final meeting I spent 3 nights in this hotel and my stay was the perfect way. starting with greeting at the reception where I got a good certificate for a welcome drink at the bar. I was also handed over to a city plan and a booklet with good tickets for tourist attractions. I've known good-noise for a long time, but for tourists who are here for the first time, this is certainly a great thing. the room was bright and spacious and the bathroom was an absolute dream! super nice furnishings, great materials and the care products smelled so good that I brought them myself and took the nice. I'll never do that. I need to find out if you can buy it somewhere. the bed had an individually adjustable latte pink and was very comfortable. you can also choose the degree of hardship and filling of your kiss in this hotel. what is not all! on the dress was a small ticket with the name of the maid responsible for my room, with the note that I can contact them at any time if I want or something does not fit. the wellness area where they come directly with the chair is also very beautifully designed and was top clean. I had booked a massage appointment there. I was already expected and very kindly welcomed. afterwards I could choose from different massage oils and then it started. the 60 min unfortunately happens to fall too fast! I could then relax deep into the city. because the hotel is located directly at the historic rathaus, the way is very short. to the next bus station there are also no 5min if they want to go a bit further away and have no desire to take the car. the breakfast buffet was a ****, there was really everything. I didn't think of everything I could have missed. coffee was served and gifted directly at the table and the staff in the restaurant was otherwise very fast and helpful. the parking fees with 12 euro per day are a bit high, especially as they do not have many other parking options in the middle of the city. Moreover, it is unfortunately not usable in all areas. I think this is not modern anymore, but also the only mannko I think. at the next graduating session I will stay here again in all cases.
