We were in the mall in this locality. originated in a large group. the mountainous jagdhaus was personally unknown to me, but precisely that's why we were very excited about what was expected here and today. We were a group of about 40 to 50 people and the rear part of the jagdhaus was reserved for us. that does not all run smoothly in such a large company and waiting times is clear and no problem at all. I am in person quite pain-free and bring a whole lot of understanding from home. after the beverage and eating order, there were also waiting times. long waiting times. they didn't want to end. in the slender room itself was diligently smoked and the operation had to get to us into the rear rooms, through them and always left the door open. so the qualm moved in wonderfully and ensured first-class nikotinaroma. the food was spent, drinks also, only our table went empty. After three questions, the steadfast answer was always coming. I then got myself after almost two (!) hours. There's nothing on its own. I don't eat either. may be because I have chosen an extravagant menue and you had problems with the preparation of a white schnitzels with pommes. I guess I'm owed myself. here I asked about four times. But after I had everything and was strengthened, it was already over. the service this evening was absolutely overwhelmed with the amount of guests. no beverage orders were received, everything had to be ordered in a special way, no checking view of the operation on the drink situation in the glasses, no questioning, that was more than amateurish. the food edition went all night, I was not even the last in the country, there were people who had to wait for more. all in all then an evening to forget. or no, we didn't forget it so fast, because a total of 13 people reported on the following days of gastrointestinal diseases. on demand in the restaurant was said that the service had to fight with it this evening and so the viren diligently distributed. my wife also counted among the sacrifices and was then a week off. a beautiful souvenir.Lange talk, short sense, the jagdhaus has seen me twice during this visit. first and last time. a single catastrophe from the front to the back. I'm not clashing, and as mentioned above I have a lot of understanding for all sorts of things, but what happened here was not going to happen. I am therefore very hard to do with one of the points that have been assigned, because it is really worth noting what is unfortunately not possible.
From the motorway A1 exit Wermelskirchen in the village Pohlhausen you can easily reach the inn. Parking is available on the street in front of the house. It is a typical mountain village pub with a restaurant room. Not far away is Castle Castle. The village of Burg belongs to Solingen. If you make a trip there and the restaurants in the village are not preferred, the Bergische Jagdhaus has an alternative. The complex is simple, but well maintained. The room in front of the guest room must be crossed to reach the restaurant area. The audience consists mainly of locals. The service is polite, polite and fast. The menu has not been changed much in recent years. The bourgeois cuisine offers, among other things, fillet steak with foil potato and salad, pancakes with bacon and salad, the usual carving dishes as well as fish dishes (especially on Friday as on offer). The portions are large and prepared accordingly. Conclusion: Whoever loves it original and simple is here. The food is particularly delicious when the boss cooks himself.
