Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis is the worst place I have ever been to. The cups here leak every other day and the staff does nothing to resolve the issue. They have ruined people's car interiors, desks, and more. It's unacceptable.
The restaurant was extremely busy, as usual for this location, but they had enough staff and were moving quickly so the wait wasn't too long. The staff were very friendly and dedicated. In terms of kid-friendliness, they offered my daughter a half-off drink and helped her choose the perfect cake-pop. They were super sweet.
Whenever I request oat milk in my drink, I always receive 2% milk instead. I'm sure it doesn't matter to them, but I cannot have lactose. This adds to the time I spend waiting, especially when my order is already delayed past the pick-up time.
Waited in the drive thru for over ten minutes with one car in front of me. Eventually had to leave with out my coffee and breakfast so I wasn’t late for work.
Unfortunately this Starbucks isn't being run up to par. I was in recently while working in the STL area and came in for coffee. As I sat, drank my coffee, and worked a bit I noticed several customers come in separately and none were greeted promptly to say the least. There were 5 employees behind the counter and one guy stood at the counter for at least 4-5 mins before he was greeted. I watched at least 3 of the employees behind the counter having what seemed to be a funny conversation while this guy waited, it was uncomfortable to even watch! Also, bathrooms were dirty, all the tables were dirty, and I never saw anyone doing any housekeeping duty. Do yourself a favor and go to a diff Starbucks, not a well run location. Coffee was standard Starbucks if I'm digging for something good to say...
