Mcalister's Deli - Wentzville

Twice in a row order was wrong and missing items. First time I called and the girl who answered just said sorry. This time I don't know why I bothered calling since I know they don't do anything. Just don't go here. Almost $50 and the order isn't correct.

I love their sandwiches. It's one of the few places you actually get what you pay for. Yes, it's a little high for a sandwich, but it usually comes loaded down with MEATS! The Mephian is my favorite but the king club is delicious too. I never leave hungry. If you're not a giant like me and want something more cost effective, they have half sandwich soup options. Also, while you're there sign up for their rewards. I bet you'll be back to build up the benefits.Kid-friendliness: I mean, it is as kid friendly as a sandwich shop comes. No play area but it's clean and nice to enjoy a family meal.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and bathroom is accessible.

I have been to this location many times. Foods always great. Tonight I went in there and they had to reboot their system right before I got to the counter. They told me that up front and apologized. Then they went ahead and took my order made the food and took care of me. The employees were very friendly even though their system was down and their workload was heavy. I would definitely recommend this location.

Very pleasant cashier. Not a long wait for my food, and my salad was fresh and amazing.
