Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I visited this restaurant after a game this week. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The service was quick and the food was fresh. Overall, it was a great experience!

This restaurant lacks consistency. Sometimes they put lots of cheese on my chili cheese fries, other times there is none. I have also requested onions on my fries before, but they are never included. Today, I specifically asked for chili cheese fries but there was no cheese on them. It seems like my order was not read carefully.

Every time I come here there 's something wrong. Yesterday it was this nasty lettuce that they wrapped my chicken in. ?? Who would look at that and say yep that looks good!

I love this location. I have been to other locations in and around St Louis and in other states. The food here is consistently good. I’ve been dozens of times and not had a bad experience.

Yesterday, my family and I visited this restaurant and we had the pleasure of meeting the most welcoming manager! The customer service was top-notch, the staff was friendly, the burger was delicious, and the frozen custard was delightful.
