Domino's Pizza - Wentzville

Let me start by saying that Domino's Pizza is delicious and it speaks for itself. They have a more appealing appearance compared to other large chain stores. However, when I ordered online at this location and arrived to pay, I drove up to the drive-thru window (which is another great feature) and they didn't even ask for my name or number. They simply opened the window and told me the total was $17.89, so I gave them $20.00. When I realized that the app had shown the total as $13.99 with tax ($14.88), I mentioned it to the employee. They explained that the discount for $7.99 pizzas had recently ended. I insisted that I had seen the special offer on the website when I placed my order. It would have been a nice gesture for them to honor that price, considering it cost me $4.59 in gas to drive back and forth.

I have to give credit to my Domino's team in Wentzville! They always do a great job. One time I received the wrong pizza, but it ended up being my favorite. Thank you again for the quick ordering. P.S. The Extravaganza with Alfredo sauce is a must-try!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered four broth bowls, two different types, and somehow received a completely different type for one set. Unfortunately, these were for my children, who had requested chicken alfredo bread dishes but received a whole veggie art instead. When I asked for a refund, I was told they could only offer a loan. I insisted on getting my money back for the chaos, not just a credit for Dominos. The manager, Alex, said he couldn't approve a full refund because they didn't mess up the entire order. I was very upset and called to speak with the owner in hopes of receiving a reasonable refund.

3rd time in a row we've had issues with this location. Our food is now 2 hours late. No one contacted us , no message no email and the first time we attempted to call the store we were hung up on. They offer 20% off next order but we won't be ordering again. Terrible customer service and communication for mediocre quality pizza if you even get it. Go elsewhere
