The service was terrible and after cold eating. then wrong eating restored. wait for 45 minutes for a beer. it was bad. ... if food has come, not enough of it. from cheese to sauce. just terrible. they took the bill without asking us. but still a bad experience.

They did not know that they kept warping email so I asked myself if this applies to all places

We waited very close to an hour for dinner. restaurant was not very clean and was generally only chaos. we love bwws so that we were shocked that this place seemed so badly managed

The service was awful. We received cold food, and then our order was remade incorrectly. We even waited 45 minutes just to get a beer. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. When the food finally arrived, it was lacking in every aspect, from the cheese to the sauce—just terrible. They did take the food off the bill without us asking, but that didn’t change the overall bad experience we had.

They were unaware that they accepted reservations via email, so I'm curious if this is the case for all restaurants.
