Silk's Brasserie - WENTWORTH FALLS

Silks only moved to his new location two weeks ago and settled into his new premises. The service from the beginning to the end was fantastic. The cocktails offered were generous and tasty, and we were encouraged to drink them outside, in the view. The menu was also great. We ordered the scallops, prosciutto salad, chicken choir, beef, two desserts and wine and everything was well cooked and presented. The chicken was particularly amazing.

What a wonderful evening, highly recommended. Service was perfect and attentive, the food was delicious and just as perfect. This was a wonderful culinary experience above that I expected. Nothing to blame and only praise available. We sat on the veranda, which was enclosed and heated and very comfortable. First I thought the cost was something above what I would prefer, but the food was on point and worth every penny. We live west and have some favorite restaurants near home and CBD. I'd travel to Silks for a nice evening, like I'm CBD. We want to come back.

The service and attention Stewart and the team showed my party was second to none. The food was exceptional, the service was even better and the venue itself was beautiful! I would recommend Silks for your next celebration.

We came here in the Autumn 2022 on the way to our holiday house in Leura from Sydney for dinner. Great quality country fresh food with a touch of French influence and the service was great. We enjoyed the entire night.

This new location is surreal with a beautiful view of the mountains! The food and service is nothing short of extraordinary. Definitely a must visit!
