I was in two classes so far and everything I can say is amazing! so professional and informatiw with sanitation taken very seriously. this is the best way to spend a Saturday with some of the nicest people they will ever meet. I will register for many more classes. joe and team are fantastic.

I signed the nap class and the brisket class here. the classes as well as all the participants who put them were the pointed calls. step for step and very deep. I am confident that I can now make a really good brisket as well as ripening home. I will be enrolling for other classes.
