Management shows no respect for other employees. Hollows at other employees while customers are in the store!
Ordered pizza online like we have many times over the last 2 years. Had no problems placing the order. Over 20 minutes went by before the dominos website told us our pizza was cancelled. We called and they unapologetically told us their new GM doesn 't want to send drivers out that far . It 's a 15 minute drive. First, why doesn 't the app or website block me from ordering if I 'm outside the radius? If you 're going to change your radius, update your radius. Don 't just let customers find out almost half an hour later that they actually can 't get food from you. And if you can 't update your radius, at least cancel the order quickly. AND if you can 't update the order and can 't update the radius, just call the customer. Many things could have been done, but this Dominos has decided to not do any of them.
Horrible experience ordered on the app and it took almost 3 hours to get here!!! Do yourself a favor and don’t order here.
