Coast Wenatchee Center

This was our first stay, and while I appreciated some aspects, there were a few drawbacks. The rooms felt dated, and we found hair in the bathroom, which was concerning. The elevators were quite slow, so we ended up taking the stairs most of the time (which turned out to be good exercise). On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool area was beautiful. However, I believe some upgrades are necessary. I wish them all the best for the future!

The restaurant had numerous maintenance problems that were not addressed, including doors that didn't close properly and malfunctioning elevators. Additionally, it was closed due to air conditioning issues, which is a significant concern in a hot climate. While the staff was attentive, housekeeping was inconsistent and often had to be requested, even during a four-night stay.

This is a pleasant older hotel that could benefit from some updates. However, it was very clean during our stay. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed while we were there, which was a disappointment. The breakfast in the morning could have been improved with a wider selection. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but I'm not sure if I would come back.

Staff was too busy talking to each other to help anyone. Carpet in room buckled up and old. Room was dark and dingy. Breakfast is a joke, minimal seating, I guess it was meant to take to your room. Choice of boxed cereal, juice, terrible cold sausage sandwich, and nothing fresh.

This is a great value. Okay, it's not the Ritz, but it's solid for the money. Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were very clean and felt comfortable. My biggest surprise was their continental breakfast I actually wasn't expecting anything, but it was so much more than a simple muffin and coffee. Saved me a lot of time and was more than I needed. The rooftop bar wasn't operational when I was there, but lots of great spots within walking distance. Pro tip: Don't waste your time and money with the place across the street. Lots of cool spots around town that are a better value, and better experience.
