This is a great, homey, massive pub in Ealing that is like a big house, and a home away from home as a local pub for so many.

Venue was great but quality of food disappointing particularly since we were asked to order it weeks in advance

Please can someone tell me how this pub can justify charging me 72 pounds for 2 bottles of House Prosecco? I bought a round of drinks for my friends and the bottles arrived already opened when i was told the amount at the bar when i came to pay. I was stunned. My wife told me to pay to avoid a scene and embarrassment with our party and i decided to complain later. I phoned the pub the following day and gave my email with phone number and was told that a member of Fuller,Smith and Turner Customer Services would get in touch. They never did. Disgraceful way to treat a customer and i feel thoroughly ripped off. On the Saturday i decided to ' 'average down my buy price ' ' and bought 2 similar quality bottles from Lidl for just £5.49 each!!!
