This restaurant is absolutely charming, with friendly staff. We enjoyed some drinks in the bar area before our meal in the main restaurant. The service was fantastic and the manager/owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. The sausage roll was delicious and the burger I had for my main was great. My partner enjoyed the calamari and the special ham and chicken hock pie. This was our second visit and we will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful meal and excellent service.

My husband and I made a dinner reservation to celebrate his birthday. We were warmly welcomed by friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The food was incredible, starting with delicious sharing plates followed by our mains from the a la carte menu. The staff were fantastic and the venue was lovely. We highly recommend this restaurant! It was our first visit, but we will definitely be returning.

This pub is amazing! We were a group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers and received excellent service. The food was delicious and the pub itself is beautiful. We had a really lovely afternoon and I would definitely make the effort to visit again.

Truly excellent. I had not visited the place for many years. It was previously a rather dingy and tired pub. With a change of ownership and complete overhaul and repurposing, it is now a lovely village pub but also a venue for events and meals. Highly recommended.

Just popped in for a quick pint and a drink for the dogs. Nice place and well kept with a nice garden
