Aqua - Welwyn Hatfield

Sorry but decor tired, food was awful and very small portions. Waitress helpful but wouldn’t return. Disappointed.

As mentioned by a previous reviewer, the staff are the best part of this disappointing experience. We were returning after a number of years and this restaurant is clearly not what it was. On the plus side we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff but it went downhill from there. There was no menu for the lunchtime offer so we had to keep asking staff what it was and what was included. In the end we didn’t much fancy a pudding anyway. The meal was just about OK and nothing more.

For the money I am really disappointed. Thankfully Tesco is 2 doors down. Food tasted nice but was like a kids portion and very expensive.

This is a lovely restaurant. We visited just before Christmas. The food was wonderful. I can highly recommend the Caesar burger. The service was excellent. Our waitress was on her first shift but you could not tell this from her polite and helpful service. We will go back soon

Really enjoyed the breakfast and coffee here. Very welcoming and staff very friendly. Definitely recommend and will be back
