Beautiful house old Rectory in a stunning setting. The food was one of the best I’ve ever eaten in the area. Amazing value for money. The vegetable garden is a ‘must see’ , I recommend the short walk to it before you tuck into your dessert. Can’t wait to try the homegrown artichokes and homemade butter. We had Upper Rectory Home last night, and we couldn’t think how it could be made better. The portions were generous and the cooking and timings had all been really well thought through. The food was all delicious with lots of home grown elements. The lemon mousse was especially good!

Absolutely excellent evening shared with friends during a weekend away. Warm and friendly greeting, made to feel very welcone by Paul, and Eric the cat! Nibbles on arrival, followed by a series of delicious courses. Its a set menu where all guests eat at the same time in the cosy dining room. I'm veggie and my alternative starter and main dishes were excellent. A really enjoyable evening. Great value too. Service: Dine in
