They have a great variety of pre-made vegan sushi and a selection of made-to-order vegan dishes such as Agedashi Tofu, Kaarage Tofu, vegan tempura bowl, and a vegan bento bowl. They also offer a nice selection of wines, beers, sake, and whisky. While not everything on the menu can be made vegan, the options that are available are very tasty and well-presented. Unfortunately, the udon and miso soup are not vegan as they are traditionally made with bonito. Overall, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit for those craving Japanese food. I would give it five stars but Happy Cow only reserves that rating for fully vegan restaurants. (review updated on 2018-04-23)
