Mole Cantina Mexicana - Wellington

The service here is impressively quick and efficient. The food is prepared flawlessly and served piping hot. It's truly delicious, authentic Mexican cuisine, and the servers are outstanding. The decor is quite nice, and the atmosphere has a lively energy. However, the regularly played music is absolutely terrible—it's loud, throbbing, and completely unrelated to Mexico. I'm not sure what they're going for with that. On the bright side, if you're fortunate enough to be there when the live Mariachi band performs, they are absolutely fantastic!

I was taken aback by a recent negative review about the owner. Nick has always been an accommodating and customer-focused owner who genuinely cares about his restaurant and its patrons. Moreover, he was on vacation for the entire month and just returned to town yesterday, so it's surprising to see a bad review during a time when he wasn't even in the country. I know I speak for many when I say that Nick is a true friend and takes great pride in his business. My friends and I will continue to visit his restaurant and enjoy the fantastic food and atmosphere!

I visited the restaurant on a Saturday night, and they had a DJ playing music at such a loud volume that we couldn't have a conversation. My ears were still ringing when I got into the car afterward. I don't mind a dance party on the weekends, but it would have been better if they had moved the music either inside or outside, providing a separate area where diners could eat and talk during their meal. As it was, we sat in silence for most of our dinner because we simply couldn't hear each other.

Nickel dime you for everything. Bill was over priced! The staff can’t communicate ordering simple salsa was impossible. Not even sure what they gave me was salsa. Go elsewhere. Not worth it at all. Never again. Better to dine elsewhere experience food worth your dollar.

Food was lacking any taste. The chicken was pulled and dry. The wait staff seemed disinterested. Happy hour drinks were WAY too strong! The 4 dollar chips and salsa was ok. The salsa was just sauce, no onion, tomato chunks or cilantro. It's disappointing at best.
