La Fogata - Wellington

After some time away, we returned to find the restaurant beautifully renovated, and we were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic new layout! We had lunch on a Friday and were so impressed that we decided to come back the following Monday. To our delight, there was live music! The artist, RD, played an eclectic mix ranging from smooth jazz to salsa, and he even took requests. The overall atmosphere was wonderful. The food was delicious, and the margaritas were perfectly crafted. The flan for dessert was truly outstanding. We're already planning our next visit—maybe it will be next Monday? You should definitely give this place a try; you won't be disappointed. Who knows, you might just become a regular like us!

After months of searching for the best authentic Mexican tacos in the area, I finally got the opportunity to try LaFogata today. I have to say, they are definitely among the top options! The only downside is that the tacos are only available as part of a meal that includes refried beans and rice for over $20, with no option to buy them individually. For those of us who enjoy sampling 5, 6, or even 7 tacos, this can get quite expensive and lead to waste. If they offered individual tacos as well, it would be a perfect experience and deserving of a 5-star rating!

The restaurant boasts a wonderful atmosphere and offers outstanding service. The seating area is roomy, and the recent renovations are quite impressive. I tried the Raspberry Margarita, which I found a little too sweet for my liking, and they unfortunately forgot to put salt on the rim. Overall, the food was delightful and fairly priced.
