We ordered a red velvet cake for a very special occasion, but unfortunately, it was a letdown for everyone who tried it. The cake was dense and dry, and the cream cheese filling was far from what we expected. In fact, we can hardly describe the taste—it was just off. Only one person managed to finish a slice, and the rest ended up in the trash. We were so disappointed and embarrassed to serve this to our family and friends.
