Pleasant shady tent, casual, dog-friendly, and personable staff. On top of this, some of the best breakfast food around (and brunch style drinks).

Wonderful staff take care of your needs and have very fresh food. It's busy every time I'm here, but i always manage to get a great seat.

Nice family cafe for breakfast open till 12 mostly. Blueberry pancakes are delicious. Hash is greasy but tasty. Maple syrup real. Coffee is Hot and plentiful. Bloody Mary very good but expensive. Total for 4 was $100. Two avocado toasts. Two pancakes. One Bloody Mary. 3 coffees. One cranberry juice. One hash. $100.
