I think both the creamer sugar machine doesn't dispense the right amount!!! They probably haven't been replaced since they opened. GET NEW MACHINES SO I CAN GET THE COFFEE I WANT PAID FOR!!!! The staff understands when I ask them to remake my coffee. GREAT FRIENDLY STAFF!!!
Today, my family visited this establishment to have some coffee. My daughter also purchased 3 timbits for herself. Unfortunately, the lady at the counter overcharged my daughter for the timbits. A 10-pack of timbits is only $1.99 plus taxes, so it was surprising to see a total of $2.27 for just 3 timbits. When my daughter questioned the price, the lady was rude and insisted that she pay the full amount. Despite my hesitation, my daughter paid for the stale timbits that were as hard as rocks. My husband purchased coffee for the three of us, but we could only drink a quarter of the cups as the rest were filled with coffee grounds.
The staff is friendly and provides speedy service with tasty food. The drive-thru is also efficient. The donuts, sandwiches, and coffee are always fresh.
I have received the wrong order in my bag for the past 3 days in a row when leaving the drive-thru. I usually visit between 5:30 and 5:45 am, and at times the staff either interrupts me while I am ordering or I cannot hear them due to the noise in the building. I have received the wrong order for the past 3 days. I recommend that the staff take their time and pay closer attention. For example, I asked for a medium Orange Pekoe tea, not a medium black coffee. I do not drink coffee, so why would I order that? When I request a double toasted English muffin, I expect it to be properly toasted, not quickly heated up. Doris and a few other employees are great, but some could use improvement in customer service skills.
For the past 3 days in a row I have had an incorrect product in the bag when I left the drive thru.I generally arrive between 5.30 and 5.45 am and when I drive up to the order (speaker) there are times that the staff either cuts me off while I am still in the process of ordering my food or I cannot hear them because of the chatter that is going on within the building.For the past 3 days I have Delete repeated word incorrect order when I pulled away from the drive thru.I suggest the staff take their time and listen more closely. A medium Orange Pekoke black not a medium black coffee. I do not drink coffee so why would I order this,. When I ask for a double toasted English muffin I want a double toasted not run through quick so that it is only hot.Doris is great as well as a few other gals that work in there but there are a few that need some CSR skills
