Kfc - Weirton

I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered the 14 Piece bucket with sides, but when I got it home, I found that there were only 12 chicken legs and 2 thighs, with no breast meat included. This was problematic for my family members who only eat white meat. At a cost of $32, this meal was not worth the price. I will not be purchasing from this restaurant again.

This restaurant is terrible. They don't provide forks, napkins, or any other basic dining essentials. Trying to eat mashed potatoes with the container lid is not an ideal dining experience. If you can't handle a simple drive-thru order, your career options are limited. Overall, avoid this lousy restaurant.

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. Our order was incorrect the last time we went through the drive-thru. They had promised to make it right by adding my name to a list and giving us some extra food items on our next visit. However, instead of resolving the issue, the rude female manager had a bad attitude and refused to make things right. As a result, my family will no longer be dining at this establishment in the future.

Everything I got there I run into problems. They offer things then don't have it. They give you what they want you to have, not what you ask for. And the young lady manager can be mean not for the customer. SMH

A few days ago ordered the famous mashed potato bowl combo. Got home it was just chicken and dry potatoes. Called manager Holly said she would replace went today told them i was there for my mess up. Get home should have checked got a bowl of mashedpotatoes and gravy. How hard is it to put the chicken, potatoes, gravy, corn and cheese. Tried calling but its always busy ijust want what i paid for. Customer service is horrible
