A great store with nice staff! The food has always been satisfied. Cleanness from the outside, Top. The only manko I miss in my morning order. Apparently broken. That's the only thing I've been complaining about since I've known the store for a long time. So I have to get my coffee somewhere else in the morning:

So I have to say that customers are sometimes quite inhuman and that employees can really hurt. The employees are very hard and work on a Sunday!!!, on which others have free. This is not to be appreciated at all. Instead, it's still complaining because you have to wait 10 minutes. I think you should be sensitive and put yourself in the position of the employees. Even if you have to wait a bit when it's full, it always tastes good and is fresh every time, and I think that's the main thing.
