Snowflake Donut Shop - Weimar

Sausage Pigs have a weird taste donuts taste plasticity. When there’s a long line they are always rushing to give you the food. Nearly burnt me once with my coffee.

The donuts were hard and not fluffy at all. the food tastes VERY plasticy.

Horrible service. The woman working the window was just very rude what you want? And basically shoving the bags and my credit card at my face and walking away from the window without a word. If they had been busy or this had been a one time occurrence I would not have as much of an issue but they had maybe one person waiting inside and they 've treated me similarly before as well as others I have talked to.The donuts themselves are okay but nothing special. The sausage rolls are pretty good.The food does not save it from the terrible service. I 'll be going to the other donut shop down highway 90 just a few blocks from now on. You 're not in a big enough town to act this way toward customers and expect people to just not take issue with it.Oh yeah, they owe me a dollar or two for the donuts she didn 't put in my order because she wasnt listening when I placed it and she was walking away already.

Everything is good and super fresh! The sausage breakfast tacos are my favorite!

The staff member, who I’m not sure was the owner or an employee, was not very observant, and the customer was quite rude, given that she knew she was second in line. It was mid-morning and not busy at all, which made the poor service even more disappointing. While I have no complaints about the food itself, there seem to be ongoing service issues in the area, and as someone who travels to Houston two or three times a week, time is crucial for me. I ultimately decided to let it go and take the high road, but it was clear that the other customer’s money was valued over mine. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere. It's a shame that no one truly won in this situation.
