I wanted a fried egg and chorizo on my enchiladas which I couldn't get because they are only breakfast items I should have been there earlier other then that I had an awesome lunch 2 cheese enchiladas with cilantro and onion! they were great!

We dined at Leticia's two days ago, as it was the only restaurant in the city serving breakfast. However, we would gladly go back even if there were many other options! The food was fresh (I had Chilaquiles), the potatoes were creamy and flavorful, and their refried beans were among the best I've ever tasted! The coffee was excellent as well! There was only one server, but despite the busy atmosphere with tables to attend and phone calls to answer, we never felt overlooked. We are moving on, but if we ever return to Weimar, we will definitely revisit Leticia's!

I visited there today before the baseball game. Unfortunately, we lost the game, but we definitely won dinner. The homemade tortillas were outstanding, and the chips, also made in-house, were incredibly crispy. The fajitas were delicious, and the service was excellent. Our food arrived quickly and was perfectly portioned. Next time I'm in Weimar, I will definitely return! I can't recommend this place enough.

The food was excellent, and we really enjoyed our meal. To be honest, the waiter wasn't that great, but the delicious food made up for the less-than-stellar service. Overall, I can't wait to go back!
