Restaurant Caprice - Weilburg

The restaurant is very nice and in beautiful location. the restaurant was barely occupied - also not later, but the choice of the table was clearly limited. the table was not stable - wobbled significantly. the wine card came after separate request - despite a previous corresponding note. eating was very tasty. the hÃ1⁄4ftsteak is unfortunately not edible, as massif with sehnen penetrated. after a complaint came a new steak, first class English fried and with excellent taste. that should have been the case at the first attempt. the chef then asked if everything was ok, what we could confirm. the service was ok, but not from selected ease of use. summary. not bad, but not top-class.

If you like the ambience of a castle, forget about it all day and let them be pampered by the most beautiful of the chef. the kitchen is famous over circles and parts of the country, therefore a reserviereg is recommended.

We were in the frame of our wedding party with our guests in their home. both eating and operating have met our expectations in full range - it was an unforgettable day.

The restaurent offers a very nice ambiente, is bright, friendly and nice. most of our dishes were good to very good. the shiny carving fell a bit. the selection of the tageskarte with many economical offers was great, the remaining selection was clear. we would have liked a little more choice.

When we ran into an unexpectedly large group for dinner, the truppet was only slightly overwhelmed. but the as sovereign as friendly restaurant manager made everything possible to satisfy us. a lot of interesting change on the map, by no means the typical hotel restaurant. good fresh products cleanly prepared. also one or other good wine is offered. I've done fun!
