Unfortunately I can tell about this restaurant in schlosshotel Weilburg nothing good. the service is completely incompetent, since the one does not know what the other does. the food was faded, for the offer totally overpriced. the bratkartoffels were completely mushy, were drunk before fat and were unworn. the shnitzel seemed to be sober, completely gray and tough.Frech was the "Mediterranean dish": all the products you get in the discounter next door (almost better): cruschy tomatoes and mini-mozzarella (with balsamico cream, otherwise un seasoned,) a few olives and dried tomatoes and filled paprika. for 8,50€?! very bad! and not recommended!

This is one of the worst hotels I have traveled. you will only be served if you pre-reserve the tables and if you have problems, the personal becomes unharmed and understands in the ton. really not worth a trip. there are better hotels in Weilburg, for example the hotel lahnschleife this offers an additional great spa possibilities.
