Empire Eatery - Weedsport

Their pizza, subs, and wraps are delicious! The coffee at this restaurant is the best in town, perfect for coffee lovers like me. The coffee club card is unbeatable - you get six cups of any size for one price, and the card never expires. The breakfast pizza and breakfast wraps are absolutely addictive. The service is friendly and quick, and they always greet you with a smile. It's a pleasure to stop by and grab something to go, especially now. The restaurant is conveniently located in Weedsport, making it a great place to take a quick break from working at home. It's also extremely clean and not crowded, so I feel safe with the 6-foot rule in place.

I stopped by this restaurant on a whim while on my way home from NYC. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they had such delicious pizza!

The Empire Eatery and Gas in Weedsport, NY is a convenience store that offers limited options for coffee, no fresh bakery items, and a small selection of fresh lunch items. We chose not to purchase the Little Debbies donuts or the surprisingly large variety of Pop tarts. Despite these drawbacks, the restaurant had a decent crowd of over a dozen people inside, mostly local truck drivers taking a break. The bathrooms were acceptable, but the women's restroom was lacking toilet paper.

The customer service at this restaurant was very poor. I ordered a pizza online tonight and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I went to pick it up, they told me my order wasn't ready yet. After waiting for another 20 minutes, my pizza still wasn't done. They seemed to be more interested in ringing up new orders instead of helping the customers who were already waiting. Two people in front of me even ended up canceling their orders.

The website states that they offer delivery, but when I called, I was informed that delivery was not available. When I inquired about other delivery options, the person on the phone seemed disinterested and unhelpful.
