The food presentation leaves much to be desired. The first batch of tacos came with tortillas that were not freshly made; they had been reheated, and unfortunately, they were not the best. However, the second batch featured fresh tortillas, which were much better. The salsa and guacamole were quite decent as well. Overall, these are the best tacos we’ve tried in Cabo so far. The lengua (tongue) taco was very clean, well-prepared, and nicely served. The pastor tacos were just okay.

We dropped by for some tacos, and they were fantastic! My husband ordered the Carne Asada tacos, while I went for the shrimp tacos. Each comes with a full array of toppings to customize your meal. They were absolutely delightful! Don't overlook this hidden gem!

Tacos Guss was excellent! Fresh street tacos with all the Mexican fixings, and very reasonable prices. The Chorizo tacos are the best, as was the jicama Agua Fresca. DEFINITELY a do-again!

My wife and I ate at Tacos Guss a couple of times during the last week of July 2022. She said their al pastor tacos were the best she had in Cabo San Lucas. I preferred the chorizo, tripa (chitterlings/ small intestines , and lengua (tongue tacos. The chorizo wasn't too greasy, the tripa has a baconesque flavor, and the lengua is like a soft, rich stew meat. Their michelada was simple but tasty, and the hibiscus drink (agua de Jamaica? was sweet and refreshing. Taco prices started at 35 pesos, about $1.69 USD. After you get a table at Tacos Guss, the staff brings out a round, divided talavera platter of fresh, well-stocked vegetable condiments and a boat of salsas, ranging from mild to you'll cry tomorrow morning. Staff at this restaurant were polite but busy, so you might have to ask to get the check.

Cabo is my second home. I have tried around 20 different taco sites here and tacos gas is by far the best place. the al pastor is in my opinion the best meat they have. it is very affordable and they offer large portions. it can be fairly crowded, depending on when they go there. be ready to wait 15 or 20 minutes to get a table. in summer they are often open until 03:00 clock.
