Mark's Pizzeria - Webster

This used to be our family's favorite pizza spot. Although I still believe they make the best calzones, the prices have gradually increased over time. I usually opt for pick up when ordering, and the staff has always been friendly. The food quality can vary, but it has never been bad. Due to limited parking in the front, I now park in the back. I have lowered my rating to four stars for a few reasons. Firstly, the prices have gone up slowly. Secondly, the wooden ramp to the back entrance feels unstable, and thirdly, the smell of marijuana from another tenant's space is strong. However, this does not affect the quality of the food. Overall, this is still one of the better Mark's locations with great food.

The pizza and wings at this restaurant are very good. The service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend it.

The management at this restaurant on Bay Rd. deserves a raise. My wife and I have always had difficulties with food delivery in Webster - it’s always a gamble. When we order the same dish from the same place 5 times, it never seems to be consistent. However, this place is an exception. The consistency here is truly remarkable. When we place an order, we know exactly what to expect and are never disappointed. We always order online and customize every aspect of our order (they probably hate us for it), but it always comes out the same each time. We can’t seem to find that kind of consistency anywhere else in Webster. Additionally, the delivery staff here are amazing. Every single one delivers our food hot, rain or shine, and is always friendly. They are so much better than the random GrubHub or DoorDash drivers. Credit where credit is due - this place is doing an excellent job.

Mark's Pizza is a franchise that you will long for if you ever leave Rochester.

I am very impressed with the pizza at this restaurant, and the service is always excellent. The menu has a wide variety of options to choose from, and the prices are very reasonable.
