Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Webster

Great food like most Dairy Queen's. The drive threw, while always busy moves quickly and the staff are friendly. Has missed one of my diving sauce, but after reviewing my order they gave me the product do it all worked out! It is on the more costly side to take food, but I believe the food, especially the chicken strips are high quality white meat!

Friendly staff. I've never eaten there, but I'm sure I got some blizzards that are great! Especially the NY cheesecake!

Long waiting time for an order online. after the estimated pick-up time it is finished having food ready for about 10 minutes. the workers of the front registration seemed very new and did not know how to call my online order. she tried to help her best. food: 4/5

A terrible service. I'll go in and pick up. my hearts say polite, it will rise in 5 minutes. I go and wait in the lobby. does not begin ordering or nothing for his NUR customer in the business and in the car thru no, no, he speaks with some company lady in the lobby. does not inform the staff behind the order speaks with the corporate lady. So I'm not eating at 10 minutes and finally getting up and waiting on the counter again. finally lets lady 3 minutes later and he makes eating. bad service here always. good eating, clean business, but the personal is just lazy and does not think that the customer comes first.
