These guys fed me every time amazing gyro for so long, I wish them the best in their new location. If you don't like to call, I'm pretty sure they're doing postmates and stuff.
Me? ve's gone to them a few times, and I never even had bad food from them. The food is always super delicious and the staff is super friendly! They also moved from me directly to the street. Expect more business from me!
Two stars because it tastes good, but high prices do not justify enough for the taste. Lamb gyros costs $10. Their prices are higher than those of New York. I had the best Gyros in NY that cost $6. Probably not come back.
My first time since I moved to Houston 9 months ago, although I've wanted months ago. It's just in such a busy parking lot that I was intimidated to try to maneuver through all cars in the game. When I got up like a newbie, the best I could ask was a lamb gyro. It was fresh before me, and I was on my way in less than 3 minutes. I don't have a picture because I'm holding the whole thing in what seemed like moments!! Delicious, soft pita, beautiful amount of tasteful lamb, a chip of corn and paprika and onions and a little tzatziki... wow. All right! I wish I had tried it earlier, but you can be sure that I will work my way through the menu.
Abu omar is a great halal food truck and im glad they have many trucks because the food is really good! Their chicken shawarma is better than any restaurant honestly and the gyro is also super delicious! I had the chicken over rice and falafel sandwich here as well and they are alright but the shawarma and gyro are the best menu items! Their fries also come with very tasty seasoning and the white sauce (garlic, i think) they give with the meals is fantastic!
