The restaurant was clean and the service was phenomenal! They had messed up my order, but they replaced it with fresh, hot food. Parking: Parking lot was very clean for a fast food restaurant! Plenty of parking, depending on the time you go. Ordered an Asiago Spivey chicken sandwich with queso fries through the drive through, not only were the fries old but the container was placed in the bag open so it spilled all over, second issue was the sandwich had American cheese on it, upon returning to the store I was told they are out of Asiago cheese and asked me if they told me that which they didn’t. They refunded me the money for the sandwich with an attitude like I did something wrong. I assumed the male that gave me the Money was a manager but clearly didn’t act like one. Professionalism and customer service has fallen way off at this store. Hope other people’s experience at the site will be better then mine. Get it together Wendy’s it’s not a hard job! There is part of the wall paper that’s peeling off the wall where black mold has formed. The building is otherwise very clean so this is more like an ownership of the building issue rather than a management issue maybe. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
