Subway - Webb City

Today at 3:10 PM, I regrettably decided to visit this Subway restaurant. The older woman working there, who had a prominent liver spot on her cheek, didn't seem to have a friendly demeanor. Her attitude towards customers was quite unwelcoming; she appeared to be carelessly throwing items around, and her body language and tone clearly conveyed that we weren't welcome. After she placed cheese on my sandwich, she carelessly tossed the cheese container aside and rolled her eyes when I asked for more than six spinach leaves. I left feeling unwelcome and unsure if I would return. The most insulting part came after I paid, when they glanced at my receipt, seemingly checking if I had left a tip, which I found utterly ridiculous. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I had a really disappointing experience with my sandwich; it was all wrong, and when I tried to call the restaurant, no one answered! From now on, I’ll be sure to check my sandwiches before I leave. I'm very dissatisfied with SUBWAY! Service: Takeout Meal Type: Dinner Price Range: $10–20

I really don’t need six packets of sauce with my ranch dressing. The cost per person is between $10 and $20.

The food was subpar, earning a 1 out of 5. The flavors were bland and it felt like it lacked care in preparation. Service was equally unimpressive, also deserving a 1 out of 5. My order took longer than expected, and when it arrived, it was incorrect. On a positive note, the atmosphere of the restaurant itself seemed decent, which is reflected in the 3 out of 5 rating. It had a nice vibe, but sadly, the overall experience was marred by the poor quality of the food and service. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I was disappointed to receive the wrong sauce on my sandwich. Given the price, I wouldn't recommend this place when you could have a meal at Red Onion instead.
