Gurminder Kaur provided outstanding service, right from taking the order, getting it executed and delivering the Pizza. The pizza was delicious and had a good amount of cheese and toppings.Friendliness and professionalism of Gurminder provided me an outstanding experience.

Order from Uber, never came with the dipping sauce and banana peppers while I ordered from other papa johns store still giving them.

Disappointing… Got a xL with pepperoni (x2) and extra cheese (x2) (or 3 times usual cheese). Upon looking at the pizza it seemed like at best slightly more than the normal cheese amount at other locations. So I complained and was told that the recommended amount of 4 cups was added (I’m a baker I know what 4 cups look like, the amount of cheese was about 2 cups), that was it no apology’s or offering to make it to my satisfaction. I’ve been going to the Brampton Papa Johns for nearly two years on a weekly basis, as well as a handful of visits in the Whitby location and Dundas locations ordering extra cheese (not even x2) every single time I’ve been fully satisfied and happy. The cheese is stingy at this location, no offers to make it to my satisfaction after voicing my concerns. I’m sorry it’s not worth the $30 this pizza is charged at normal price. I will not be coming back to this location. Other locations do it better. Here’s a picture for reference… The 7 cheese bread was good though.
