It had a nice ambience, greeted right away by the house, clean and quaint space. Ordered the teri mayo pork loin katsu and sweet chilli pork loin with cheese katsu. Both dishes were fairly decent size with a bowl of soup to start with. The pork loin was so good and crispy and went well with the Teri mayo sauce. The sweet chili was saucy and the pork loin with cheese also tasted good. One dish is quite filling. It wasn't busy as we went at 730. There were others, but not crowded or loud.Vegetarian options: Not many options for vegetarians
Overall great experience.Food was pretty good, the honey fries were easily the best thing I had. The Katsu was overall ok, the Japanese Katsu sauce wasn't that great not sure what I expected but I was underwhelmed.Restaurant atmosphere and decor was very good.Negative points on service for having qr code menus instead of physical ones.
Excellent katsu, a small portion of solid curry, and some of the worst rice I’ve ever been served in a restaurant. Lukewarm and soggy. You take rice for granted since a cheap rice maker can produce passable results, but curry katsu with mediocre rice isn’t a great experience. Maybe it was yesterdays rice? Not sure.
Really enjoyed their japanese chicken katusu and terimayo chicken katsu. Super tasty and value food. Lots of great katsu options. Their curry chicken katsu is also fantastic.
Mouth watering! Absolutely best chicken katsu I've had in Mississauga. The chili sauce was so delicious, I would be happy to buy it in the bottle.Sides were delicious as well. The service was good and quick and the prices weren't to bad either. All in all, a unique menu and worth while dining experience.
