I’ve been going there since I was like 15, now I’m 20. Best place ever. When I’m away for school or not in port credit I think about their sandwiches often. While I’m in the area I eat their power up breakfast bagel daily. 11/10

We ordered two cappuccinos, cheesecakes, donuts, and a glass of tap water, informing them that we planned to drink our coffee inside. Instead of serving us properly, they brought the cappuccinos in disposable cups, and unfortunately, they tasted completely different from each other. The donuts were definitely stale and dry, not at all fresh. To make matters worse, we never received the water we asked for, so we left feeling quite confused and disappointed. If I were to rate solely based on this visit, it would be one star. However, since we've had very good service on previous occasions, I feel it wouldn't be fair to give such a low rating overall.

I had a piri piri chicken wrap, and it was overly salty. When I mentioned this to a member of the staff, she explained that it was supposed to taste that way. Instead of addressing my concern, she engaged in an argument. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Food rating: 1/5.

They offer plenty of seating options catering to the working crowd. I ordered the value combo for $4.99, which comes with a medium coffee and a breakfast sandwich (English muffin, cheese, and egg). Unfortunately, the coffee was mediocre and the breakfast sandwich was rather bland. On the positive side, the service was quick, and the staff was very kind and efficient. Overall, it’s a decent place, but the food and drinks could use some improvement. After all, it is a restaurant.

The most disappointing aspect of this restaurant is one of the owners, who always seems to have a scowl on her face and an unhappy demeanor. If you have a complaint, good luck finding any resolution. The place can be understaffed at times, but that one manager really needs to show a little more positivity. Overall, I would rate it 3 out of 5.
