The lady at front has zero customer skills (sep27 around 8:30pm). She was busy doing her own stuff and rudely said let me know when you are ready. Secondly, she took the order of customer who came after us. extremely disappointed…..

The young girl with the blonde hair must really hate her job because she's extremely rude. You're a front facing employee. If you don't like your current job, please leave. Owner Savi needs to perform an assessment in this employee. She was rude to me, my kids, a lady with a family too and on top of that, she hastily scooped a horrible scoop on the cones for my kids.
