Dickey's Barbecue Pit Catering

I visited the Weatherford location for the first time and had a disappointing experience. The service was very poor, and considering the price of the BBQ, the food simply wasn't worth it. The portions were quite small, the fries were undercooked, and the brisket tasted terrible. The service was slow, and I also noticed what seemed to be a child working in the back, which was rather unusual. I won’t be returning.

I placed an online order at 5:23 PM, which was supposed to be ready by 5:45 PM. However, I waited in my car until 6 PM because the app never indicated that my order was ready. When I went inside, they informed me that my order wasn't ready yet and that they were out of potatoes. They had my phone number, but didn’t bother to call me. Now I’m supposed to request a refund. Service: 1/5.

Is this a new franchise? It certainly seems like it. I placed an online order for pickup and, upon arriving, I noticed what looked like a 12-year-old cutting the meat. The sliced brisket was mostly fat, and the portions were surprisingly small—much smaller than I've experienced before. The okra was undercooked, and my wife's “Giant Baker with Meat” was actually quite small, containing only about a tablespoon of brisket. My daughter's rib plate came with just two ribs and hardly any meat on them. The food tasted fine, aside from the okra and fatty brisket. I was also disappointed to find that I had to purchase sauce separately, at 50 cents for each tiny pre-packaged cup. Overall, I was very disappointed and won't be returning.

Not the guys fault there opener didn't show up he was doing his best and I get it but 25 bucks for 3 ribs two small sides and drink ribs over done sides were cold I bakers is where I'll go for now onFood: 2/5

We just had dinner from the new menu. It was pretty good, but the service was beyond great. I think his name was James.. things weren't going smooth (out of some items) but he improvised, stayed super positive and was very accommodating.Food: 5/5
